seneca college may intake offer latter HELP ME

Earlier I applied for January intake but after 3 months when I phone called Seneca college they told me that my course is closed so I deferred it to may intake and now I have got my offer letter
I have not called them as they had replied as this program is highly competitive... actually i have talk to my consultant about it so she replied me that these highly competitive program filled by domestic students and if seats remains unfilled then they offer these to international students...
Beacause i have already completed three year diploma in cse with 70% and got 6.5 in ielts 6 each... and i don't think m not able to get the seat...
Now i have to george brown, centennial college, and durham for the same course in September 2018.. and i will try to call them on monday...
If you apply very early for a program you have to anticipate that they will only start processing applications once they finish the previous admission semester. If you applied in October 2017 for May 2018 they have to finish the January 2018 admissions first. No amount of calling will make them process your application faster. They also have to see who accepts the first round of acceptances and how many domestic students apply if they are given priority.
