seneca college may intake offer latter HELP ME

Really they r idiots... i had applied on 29 September 2017 and they replied me yesterday that they dont have enough seats and which r available for that m not eligible.... as i applied for diploma in computer networking and technical support... whereas i have already completed three year diploma in computer science and engineering after my 12th with 70% and 70% in my diploma and 6.5 in ielts not less than 6.
