Hi,

I will be sending my full documents...I would like to know, If I need to submit the Forms that were send previously or fill each document again...Also, there has been a change of address for me !!! So Do i need to fill in the Form "Application for PR" Again stating my NEW ADDRESS (Both Mailing & residential)

You need to refill the PR form and also write a covering letter what changes have been made.
This is a minor change and will not affect anything.
So don't worry and chill......
Also make sure that the data which was filled in the previous forms keep unchanged other than your address or any changes in the new forms needs to be addressed.
Rest everything needs to be unchanged
