If you got some support letters from your friends to show that your ex is not living in Canada since some years, it may make your point clear to IRCC.

As your ex is PR and not living in Canada since some years, she is not a PR anymore after two years outside Canada, in most cases. I am not sure weather it be considered by IRCC/ court or not. Can someone confirm this information?

Based on the fact that your future wife got the visa for France and Japan, she may be able to get the visa to Canada as a visitor and you may apply for her from inside Canada.

Yes, my lawyer also said court won't support her request for 50% of my wealth but the problem is if she want delay the process and ask the extend again and again, this process will take 6-8 years then finally to the trail.

Visitor visa is a choice but I think it is not very easy for a single lady to get visitor visa, I am planning let her apply US visa first and have a clean visiting record to US and then apply Canada visa for her. Any suggestion on Canadian visa will be appreciated!!!

No - not possible. She doesn't qualify for a super visa. To come on a super vise, the child that sponsors you must be an adult, working and meet the low income cut off. A new born baby obviously won't meet any of these requirements.

Thanks scylla, that is my concern and now I have a clear answer because when I read other post on internet about super visa, no anyone talk about this.

So if my girl friend apply a regular visitor visa for visiting baby and me, how many chance you think it will be successful?

Chances of success are probably low but she can certainly try.

Then the only solution is clean the mess and apply a family sponsorship. I have a E2 USA visa (Investor) but still need marriage certificate for a US family visa.

How are you applying for a Canadian passport for the baby if it's born in China? It's not clear to me how the baby qualifies for Canadian citizenship. I guess you're a citizen?

Yes. The OP is a citizen, so therefore the baby would be a citizen by descent.

Okay, it wasn't mentioned in his original post that he is a citizen, just that he immigrated in 2002. I see now how the baby can get a passport.

I have a question that's in regards to the circumstances.. Not your case specifically but the circumstances. How can a child born abroad get a Canadian passport so easily? What if the child isn't yours? Long distance relationship, some people arent very loyal. What if the woman had an affair and just told the Canadian that it was his child in order to get it a Canadian passport? Is a DNA test required for this child to secure citizenship?

DNA test is requested if IRCC has any concerns.

That is a bit reassuring. But it should be mandatory for all non Canadian mothers to provide a DNA test when claiming to have a child by a Canadian man. Definitely just my opinion.
