My question is how long time my wife sponsor me af
How did she became a PR after studying in Canada for only 1 semester?

If she sponsored her ex husband, she cannot sponsor another spouse within the 3 years of her ex husband's landing day.
If it's more than 3 years, she can sponsor a new spouse. But be prepared for a more detail check of the relationship because she is going into relationships quickly.

She sponsor as spouse and after 4 year when both got pr they divorce. So the period is count by the day her ex landed or by the day when they got pr.

they don't HAVE their PR status UNTIL they landed! So what you pointed out is the SAME date.
Getting the passport request or COPR is NOT the landing date. It's when the COPR is "activated" when they first cross the border or landed via flagpoling or an inland interview.

If she sponsored her ex, they cannot "land" or became PR on the same date!!! Sponsorship only happens when one is already PR and apply to sponsor the other spouse AFTER.
