Can I apply for a visa for my minor child to study in school in Canada since we all are in India.

HAha no shortcuts man,either u send him/her to canadian boarding school or any relatives.
I suggest u as honestly .Why spending so much money.I mean there will be a lot extra money u have to pay like when holidays ur ward has to buy a ticket and come back and forth atleast four times a year.For that much money why dont u try this ambani boarding school somewhere in south and is one of the best boarding school of india and ur ward will excel much more than canada and by the time he grew up after completing 12th u can send him/her abroad.

Despite the other poster said no, I know someone who is exactly doing the same thing - taking care of his son as care taker.
My problem is different my daughter is having achondraplasia but shes fine but due to mentally of people anything comes in her mind I want to shift her so that she can make her future and live peacefully.
