Schedule A: IMM 5669E UCI PROBLEM

Hello friends,

I have been asked to fill up Schedule A. I have two enquiries:

1. My UCI number during TRV was 8 digits while the UCI which I have been given in my AOR is of 15 digits. In Schedule A eform, the form allows only 10 digits. What should i do?

2. In statutory questions,
d) Has XXXXXX been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?- I checked YES here because I was refused Canadian TRV

e) In Schedule A, it has been asked if I have ever been refused admission to, or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?: Should i say yes here as well since I have never been refused admission unless it means visa denial.

Please help.

And are you suggesting that I leave the column blank because it asks for application number as well as UCI (and the field does not say that it is for CIC purpose)

Also, please make sure you are using the IMM 5669E form and NOT the eIMM 5669E.

Oh Okay. Thanks a lot. I used the EIMM because the IMM 5669E was not accepting the number of letters of my university name and addresses etc.

eIMM 5669E is used for sponsorship applications.

Hey,,,Can you please help on below:
I was refused a tourist Schengen Visa (dates listed below) to France in 2018 stating the same reason of denial as - "The information submitted regarding the justification for the purpose and conditions of the intended stay was not reliable". both the times.
1. Applied for the Schengen visa for France on 18th June'2018 and received my refusal letter on 21st June'2018.
2. Applied for the Schengen visa for France on 9th July'2018 and received my refusal letter on 15th July'2018.
I know that for both the fields below I have to mention "YES":

1. Has Akhil Prakash Jain been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country? (required)
2. Has Akhil Prakash Jain ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country?

Can someone please guide me what should I mention in my LOE about this?
Also, do I require to submit SCHEDULE A form?
