Do inform them about job change and new address and no need to supply Saudi PCC since your stay is yet not of 6 months or more. Since your PPR would be coming soon so if you are not going to inform them then they would be asking you to submit passports to NDVO which might not be easy for you by sitting here, if you inform them at the right stage, then they would refer you to Riyadh Visa office for visa stamping.

Salam....now the question is would this delay the process PR / DM means CIC might take longer time to ask to submit our Passports?

Hello! I'm a Filipino working in Saudi Arabia and I'm landing in Canada in August.
My flight will be from Dubai going to Alberta.
My question is, do I need some additional paperwork specific from the Philippines to show them since my point of origin is not from the Philippines?
I only have the PPR certificate and Canadian PR visa.
Thanks!!!

There is no chance to get PCC. send email to LVO that nobody can get PCC from outside saudi.
in police station first thing they will ask IQAMA which u don t have, so khallas.. no point to run behind pcc.

You may provide all the supporting docs to LVO, proving that you did your best to get the Saudi PCC but could not get it and request for a PCC waiver if you are not able to get it.

dear all ,
I just recieved an email from london office to submit my passport to Riyadh office so first I would like to thank you all for the valuable information and help you provide here, specially those who helped me personally like SAli_KSA, Dhaka2014 and princess Zs , thanks guys and grls.

secondly I would like to leave few notes to save other candidates time and effort while applying through saudi arabia:

1- for the PCC if you are not residing in Saudi arabia anymore just send them your final exit visa and you will not need to provide it , I just did this
to my wife. ( so if you are getting out of saudi arabia do not forget to keep a copy of the final exit visa )

2- for the PCC translation , you do not need attestation from the canadian embassy in Riyadh, although they told me that I will need it , but I did not ( actually do not ask Riyadh office about anything , they will give you false information all the time)

3- for the photo specifications for the visa in Riyadh office , remember to tell the photographer to stamp one photo , with the studio name , address and date of photo taken , if he do not have stamp he should write it ( hand written is a must ) this is not written in the email sent to you from London office , but in VFS they told me this is the new rules implemented by Riyadh office ( I think they are causing more troubles than benefit), today the VFS officer made me return to the studio and I wasted the whole day to make these modifications asked for , tomorrow I will go back to them ISA.
