Hii all.. am late to report anyways i would share my experience for SaudiPCC and Medicals..

REceived Medicals on 25.02.2015 and did medicals on 12.03.2015 at Dar al Afia Medical Center.. the experience there was good and everything went on well by the grace of God.. it jus took one hour to finish the test the doctor does ask whether v do have any problems thatz it..... my third line got updated on 22.03.2015.

For Saudi PCC.. i recieved NOC letter from Indian Embassy ... translated the letter got COC and submitted again with the Indian Embassy for attestation.... then presented to MOFA... Went to Dammam Central Police station for finger prints and they issued the report after 3 days..

Now i made my experience in 2 lines but i was really stressful moments we went through... as we are 300km far from Dammam we have travelled many times.. Thanks to God for immense guidance and protection and My Boss at work who cooperated a lot...

1. Cover letter
2. Medical Bill payment Receipt(If available)
3. Copy of Passport Bio pages
4. Document Request letter from Visa office
5. RPRF fee payment receipt (filled with black pen) or DD of RPRF payment

Should all the above documents to be sent as a hard copy to NDVO? or as I am in Riyadh, Can I scan these documents and send it via the link "Case Specific Enquiry" or email them to the same email from which I got the Medical and RPRF request. Please advise.

Also one more query... I am planning to do medicals along with my family on 1st April. Please let me know is there medicals for my daughter also who is just 4 years old? If so what tests for her?

Scanned copies are fine.
Send email to both, you just need to put two email addresses in same email.
For your daughter the doctor will do some physical checkup only. Weight and height check. Nothing else.

Thanks a lot. I am the one doing the survey. I thought of doing it to get to know the trend among us. Once I have enough sample size in the survey I will make the analysis and share the results here in the forum. This should give us all insights about what the majority are going to do. It might help some of us take some decisions.

In the MEDICAL REPORT FORM given by hospital to fill the details

do we need to write IME , Family name, given name and Date of Birth in all the pages or first page is enough

plz confirm

thanks

Congrats for your MR.. please share your timeline and visa officer initials if you got.

I would recommend Al Wurood, as many of us have good experience with them.

You do not need any appointment for the medical. so I recommend no need to call at all. Just take an evening flight to Riyadh, so you could be in the hospital before 9am morning.
It will hardly take an hour or two to complete all the tests and physical examination by the doctor.
Al worood takes around 3-4 days to prepare the report, so if all goes well, you wont receive any call but you can check with the nurse after 3 working days to get a copy of the lab tests.
God forbid if any further tests were required, the nurse will give u a call to come for further tests, once all is done, they results are sent to CIC and u will see the third line in 5-10 days time.
All the best.
