REPOSTING PLEASE SOMEONE ADVISE WHAT TO DO

Hello all,
I have a situation and don't know how to handle it
I got passport request from LVO but the problem is they told me to submit the PP in Riyadh Visa office. Since i have left Saudi Arabia on final Exit and currently in Pakistan. I will be moving to Australia permanently on 26th March. Now the problem is i cannot take the risk of submitting my passport in in any visa center in pakistan neither i can submit it in Riyadh.
I want to request LVO to extend my Passport submission date and change my visa office to Sydney-Australia.
How to request LVO, i mailed them twice last month but no response. Can anyone please advise how to contact them???

Do I need to submit back the medical form IMM1017E to the visa office after my medical ... Or will the physician do it from his side....

The best option for you is Al-Warood Medical center which is also on Al-Olaya street. There was no requirement for appointment earlier. You are supposed to take the medical form (client Biodata and summary) which you must have received from CIC through email, along with your passport. Regardless it is better to call Al-Warood and they will confirm you what you must bring for your medical. It is the responsibility of medical center to update CIC about your medical test nevertheless you can send your payment receipt to your wife. In my case my Ecas was updated within one week after the medical but in your case your Ecas update will also depend on wife's medical center.

Police clearance certificate issued from Consualte general of India Jeddah is valid as Indian PCC at New delhi Visa office or Do I need to go to India and apply for Indian PCC

I wrote to LVO he said "we received your passport and its under process We cannot give a precise time"

Any update bro regarding your Passports? Have you received them back yet or not? If not, then do consider writing to your VO that as you are living in alien country and Passports are not with you and your travellings are restricted. Do ask them to do the needful and contact RVO to release my passports soon. I hope this will help as it was clearly written in the received instructions that give us four weeks to stamp the visas. So, i think now you can contact LVO to ask for their help...

Yes, the letter is in Arabic as I told you 2 days ago. You just need to go to Canadian embassy and ask for the letter showing PER email or anything that proves your application for immigration.

They told me that they will response within 36 hours. Till now no response. I have limited amount of time. I will leave on April 3rd. Anyway I gave them email and now waiting.

If I get the letter and submit it in police station, how long it will take to issue the clearence?

Yes they will reply in 48 hours. I belive they will give you since u r in Riyadh. You will fill the form then go to mofa and stamp once done go to nearst police and submit, they will take 5 days and will issue Pcc

There is a scan format for request letter print it in clear go to Mofa and try your luck I got attested on scan copy Alhamdullah.

Why do you need the medical completion letter ?, no center gives that... they will upload your medical result and you have to check your ECAS after 1-2 weeks.. it will show you that your medicals have been received.

You dont need to send any thing ... just sit back and relax,, just keep checking your ECAS.... if there is some thing required regarding your medicals, the medical center will contact you.... Just chill
