Hello KSA Residents,

I m new to this board ( though I would log in to view comments sometimes). I m having issues and need your help.
I have been waiting since March 10 for KSA Police request letter from London Visa office - so I can go get the
KSA Police certificate. Does any one know how long it takes to get to Al Khobar/Dhahran?
I wrote to Riyadh Visa office and they replied that I have to email London Visa office!

Is there any other way to get the Request letter? Or get the Police certificate? I have been cracking my head for days!
I have sent other documents and done medicals.

Your help is urgently needed please.

Assalam alaikum all bros and sister,

10 working days passed and untill now no sign of passports . Well this is kind of annoying isn't it, I wrote LVO twice about my documents I submitted when applied for immigration that when would I get them back as they promised? They're not replying at all. Have to plan many things.

I just got back passports recently in 22 days exactly including off days...

If you are waiting to receive the letter by mail from LVO, you will be waiting for ages. Please try to get a request letter from your country's embassy and proceed with it instead, and there is a scanned copy you can try to print it in good quality and try your luck attesting it from MOFA.

Don't your country have any representative office near you?
MOFA is the Saudi Ministry of foreign affairs, they don't give a letter, they only attest the letter you get form foreign authorities.

I asked taxi to take me to Min of foreign affairs -thinking I ll find the scan cooycoooy of the letter (just befire reading your reply). They directed me to bring the Police report for stamping. Went to Dhahran police and was asked for the request letter!
I have checked online and the closest embassy rep is at Riyadh. There's none in the Eastern Province. Travelling to Riyadh means informing my office of the reason for travelling to RiyadPlease can anyone help me with scan copy of this request letter. We only need it to obtain the police clearance, which is what we need to send to London visa office.

I submitted my passport on 9th on Jeddah VFS and got today,, you will get yours be the end of week In Sha Allah.

I received all the documents by courier 10 days after receiving the email.
