VFS Khobar timings are from 9 AM to 4 PM for Passport Submission whereas you can receive your passports anytime in between 9 AM to 5 PM.

Processing fee for one Passport is 131 SAR and if you order for courier delivery here in Jubail in Aramex office or in your office, it will be additional 27 SAR per passport.

Hi every one!

Alhamdulilah my immigration process is done and have got visa stamped. Currently, I am in Saudi Arabia, and will be taking final exit from here and will be coming back to Pakistan because I want to fly from there. instead of flying from Saudi Arabia.

In this regard, can any expert shed some light to below queries?

Can I just simply buy KLM tick from Saudi and come to pakistan and fly from there?

I believe Itehad airline has a tie in with KLM so Itehad air line will take me from karachi to abu dhabi then I will get on board in klm from abu dhabi to calgary? Is that smooth process and no additional visa or formal documentation is required? can any one confirm that?

Will I require any other transit visa or any formal document will be required?

I will be really thankful if some one can provide authentic information

You can buy ticket from anywhere, No need transit visa for abu dhabi. it will be connecting flight so u no need to go out from airport.

All the Best !!!

Saudi Police Certificate can be obtained from local police station with fingerprinting facilities. It takes around 2 weeks two get your PCC.

Steps for obtaining:
1. For obtaining the PCC, you will need a request letter in ARABIC from Canadian Embassy in Riyadh (if your visa office is New Delhi) or from Canadian High Commission in London (if you are from LVO).
2. Take this letter to MOFA for their attestation.
3. After the attestation, you need to take copies of your iqama, passport, job certificate from your company etc. and visit the nearest police station with Fingerprinting facilities.
4. I got it done at a PS in Dhahran so am not sure about other locations.

Hope this helps.

Thanks navdeep! I guess the answer to my querry is "No issues". However, would be great if some one belonging to my country can shed his thoughts too as rules are different for people like us :-(

Good luck with your process

Well as per my knowledge as i have already worked on it, NO ISSUES if you take KLM from Pakistan. Initial flight will be from Pak to Abu Dhabi on Etihad and then on KLM to Amsterdam and then till Calgary. So, no issues you will book ur luggage in Pak and take it in Calgary as far as info i have.

But it will be ur experience, please do share ur experience too while travelling how was it regarding baggage.

Regarding Visas, no requirement for sure in Abu Dhabi as well as in Amsterdam. CONFIRMED...

Congratulations for your visa.

I am also from Jeddah and sent my passport for visa stamping and planing to move Calgary in June 2015,

Can you tell me how much time it took for visa stamping after u submitted your passports? I am waiting from 5 days but still not got my passport back.

About your question is that u can ticket from anywhere, on transit flight you don't need visa.

Try Lufthansa or Ittihad or Emirates airline.

Well I submitted it around new year time so which is why I guess it took a bit longer i.e. around 16 days. Else, people say they receive it in less than a week.

Good Luck!

Hi Rizwan,

I think I submitted it around 31st dec 2014 and received it back by 14th Jan 2015. Once you get the message or email then you can go and collect it.

Secondly, as you said you have already worked on flight so which is the good option. Is there a way I can avoid multiple stop overs as there is a chance I may loose luggage?

how about any other air line like turkish?

I want to avoid transit Visas and luggage being lost, and my budget is max 10,000 SAR for two persons, so what do you recommend?

As I will be going on final exit from KSA and will be flying from pakistan, any suggestion you can provide regarding official documents or any thing I should get before going on exit as I want to avoid a situation where I get stuck up in pakistan and can not fly for Canada.

and yes, Good luck to you too bro.

InshaAllah Allah asanai kare hum sab k liye and make it good for us! Ameen!
