In my case, i also took the MOFA Stamp on the Saudi PCC issued to me by Janaeeyah
I later also translated in English also and sent with my initial application

This is to clear the confusion that MOFA does attest after receiving the PCC

MOFA only attests the request letter. Afterwards, you need to go to Police Station along with your Original Iqama, 1 x Picture and attested request letter. They will take your fingerprints and you can then collect the report after one week.

Its not the matter of MOFA attestation, its the matter of procedure. The procedure is to attest the PCC request letter from MOFA not the PCC itself.

MOFA can attest any document issued from inside Saudi OR even from foreign country (Pre-attested) by Saudi embassy/consulate.

I would like to know from the experienced persons regarding Passport Submission to VFS Office in Khobar.

Can i submit my spouse Passport without her presence? For submission at VFS Global, her presence is required?

If no, then will they ask for any authority letter to submit her Passport on her behalf?

Do they accept the Passport Submission from 4 PM to 5 PM ? Anyone submitted in this time frame. It is written on their website that the submission is from 9 AM to 4 pm and Passport Collection timing is from 4 PM to 5 PM. I just want to re-confirm from someone who has gone through this process at VFS Khobar Office.

Please share your experience.

Don't have any idea for Khobar office. But in VFC jeddah no need to be present in person.

timmings are 9-4pm for all offices

Yes, you can submit your wife's passport to VFS Alkhobar without her presence. I've done that.
I am not sure if they will accept submitting the passports after 4pm. Collection can be done anytime. By the way, the counter for submission and collection is different so maybe submission counter closes earlier. Just call them and ask.

They replied: You may submit the passports and photos (two per applicant) for you and your family members to our Office through VFS Office in AlKhobar.

Now My question, When I expect receiving of My passport with visa stamp??

Ahamduallah I go MR+PCC+RPRF on 18 Feb.

I have to submit PCC from saudi, they write in email :Instructions on how these certificates may be obtained have been sent to you by mail. It is not possible to email them to you. As you are likely aware, mail to KSA can often take quite some time to be received.

My question is that how much time it will take to get PCC request form ?? is there any way around to get PCC should I email to this address to get request form??

Anyway, u r Oct. applicant, relax and chill, last applicant received MR was 20th August,while a lot other July applicant haven't received it yet.

Saudi PCC can be obtained from any of the police stations. Check with your police station at Jubail. If there is a Forensic Section, you can get it done in jubail itself. Else Dammam or Khobar.

The letter of Saudi PCC arrives thrugh normal post (the address which you have specified in your app( takes approx 3 -4 weeks to arrive due to slow postal service in KSA
