I am packing to move from Pakistan to Toronto. Do I need to pack warm/full sleeves clothes for my 3 years old kid for next one month. Can anyone please advice.
Currently we are living in high temperature. 113 F.

This is very WRONG, CIC accepts translations from Certified translators only. Translations from applicants and their relatives are not accepted. Your company stamp and letter headed paper does not authenticate your personal translation. There are Chamber of commerce certified translators everywhere, alternatively check any lawyer office close to you for the translation.If do not see anyone around you to do the translation for you, send me your email address inbox , I will send you the office and phone number of some of certified translators in different towns of Saudi Arabia.

Again, YOU DO NOT NEED TO DO ANYTHING FOR YOUR IKAMAH. I sent as I said. I am at the end of my application process. No issues. Ikamah has your name in English already. And It says RESIDENCE PERMIT in ENGLISH. Ikamah No is also in English. Only dates need to be translated. CIC has no issues with ikamah translations provided by company. Rest you can do what suits you.

Gents,

I'll be sending passports for stamping via aramex, i was requested to notify aramex when visa is ready (stamped by VO) for them to go and collect otherwise they can't collect!! how i'm supposed to know when visas are issued and passports are ready!! (my Ecase hasn't been updated from years!!)

pls anyone if could comment on this?? or have previous experience sending passports from riyadh?? how did it goes??

thanks bro Saeed, but I am in Saudi right now. Sending and receiving it back from Pak will consume good time and money offcourse I don't have enough time to get it done from Pak.

We are the same Mahyn... i didnt do anything about my iqama, i just send it the way it is, i just photocopy it, and thats it... Thanks be to God, i already have my AOR... I hope there is nothing wrong in all my documents... Goodluck to all of us...

Ask for a waiver from LVO. Make them understand your situation. They know it is next to impossible to get a PCC from saudi once you have exit the country for good. Do that first and see their response. I am sure they will be cooperative.

Worst case scenario : You will have to contact the Saudi Embassy of your country and get your fingerprints taken there. They onwards process is very laborious and time consuming. They will advise you what to do next. Hopefully!!!!

I have done my Medical with Etoile clinic Jeddah on 8th July, 2014 but still there is no any confirmation from doctor or nurse whether she sent or not. Coz yesterday i called Nurse nd she told doctor is the 1 she will directly send medical to ADVO/CIC without notify her, if there will be any additional test required then doctor will notify to nurse and then nurse will notify applicant with in 7 days. but i don't no what she had done yet. Any suggestion coz CAS is also still same.

Usually the clinic will upload the results to CIC within 10 days. If the clinic did not call you after the Med Test, that mean everything is OK. Just relax. Your results should be already with CIC by now. There is another applicant who did Meds with me but his ECAS still is not updated. Mine was updated 7 days ago. The clinic sent both our results same day to CIC. So I believe, just wait and if nothing happens in the next 10 days, drop and email to your Visa Officer.

Thanks for ur info. from 8th July, 2014 to till today there is no call from Etoile Clinic, does it mean dr. has sent Medical to ADVO/CIC.

May be coming days CIC will update online case Status hopefully.
