Hi hopeforfuture,

I can imagine your situation, i'm in the same boat too...

the thing is that security checks may take weeks and even months, this puts you in a situation which is neither comfortable nore predictable as when it shall finish.

i guess your best bit would be to go ahead with your kids schooling and register them, i imagine if PPR has been sent to you this months, it will take another 40-60 days to get it stamped and plan your travel, this what would i have done if i was in your shoes.

Good morning everyone

I would like to thank you all for responding to my post and thank SMSH for our valuable discussion over Skype.

It is Obvious that we cannot build any hopes on this miserable immigration system,they delayed us year after year without any consideration to our age ,work ,family or commitments and yet we have to comply with their time limits when they shoot us with an unexpected email upon their convenience.

I will go with what of most of you have agreed upon and continue my life without even looking to what is coming next ,and by God's will everything will turn fine for everbody.

By the way I had 4 responses from PVO in these 2 months 3 of them last week only, first one telling that my application is still under security verification on JULY 23,then the day before they responded that my application is undergoing internal verification (No more Security) and this might take weeks,Then they send another email asking a scanned copies of our passports which I send as CSI documents and mentioned to them that I will resign and sell my house and everything.
Today they responded again that these internal verification should take several weeks/months and please do not resign or sell anything until you get your visas.
I am writing all this in details so those who are in the same situation like me just continue their plans as usual and just hope for the best

I submitted my passports to CHC London on 28th Aug for PR Visa stamping. I then received an email on 11th Sept from CHC London stating that my passports have been mailed to Riyadh on 10th Sept. I was also provided with Aramex tracking number in the same email, and was asked to check it after 5-7days.
Today is 18th Sept, the tracking number still remains INVALID. I approached Canadian Embassy Riyadh, and they informed that they have not yet received my passport.
Can anyone please comment, and guide if I will be able to receive my passports soon.
I have to travel on 25th Sept. I am in desperate Need of my travel documents.
Awaiting your guidance.

hi to all who received their A.O.R. already and currently residing in Saudi Arabia.. How did you receive your A.O.R.? is thru email? or regular mail? i know regular mail in the kingdom is not that reliable compared to email and courier...please?

somebody please help me....on the Bank Draft form or DD it requires the following to be filled up.

1. Beneficiary's Name? i guess it is ( Ministre des Finances de Quebec) am i right?

2. But what to write to the Beneficiary's Address?

3. Beneficiary's A/C No.? their is no account number posted on the Quebec immigration website

4. Beneficiary's Bank address? ?

5. Beneficiary's Bank Code? ?

I have a simple question will my visa will be stamped from Saudi Arabia OR from Pakistan??

My permanent address on application is of Pakistan should i have to change that in order to receive my PR documents in Saudi??

You have to go to dammam main police station in city center. Its very easy and will take only 5 days to get it.

No they are only open from Sunday to Thursday and from 10 to 21 october they are closed for eid vacations. It is not crowded and very friendly staff is there (unusual for KSA)
