Dear Sho78,

Could you please share with me the pattern of pcc you received. How it looks like and how dates are mentioned on it. I am asking this coz I been away from the kingdom for more than 6 months 3 times to complete my education. Will they mention the dates, i was not available in the kingdom or just the dates of my first time entry till today???

Hello everyone,

I'm a former resident of Saudi Arabia and now applying for immigration. I received a letter from CIC requesting to submit a police clearance for my spouse since she lived with me in Saudi Arabia during my work contract there. She never worked and was only a dependent in my Iqama.

I'm currently here in Canada on a work permit, Does anyone know how to get a PCC for my spouse or is there any other way to go about this? My spouse is a Pakistani national, does anyone have any idea if the pakistani consulate provide any kind of letter of good conduct?

Saudi Arabia only issue police clearance to its current legal residents. The least that you can do is to get a certification from Pakistan Consulate in Saudi Arabia certifying that there was no crime recorded against your wife's name during her stay in Saudi Arabia. Then submit this to CIC with a cover letter explaining the circumstances. CIC knows that SAudi Arabia does not issue PCC to former residents.

Wait ! May be its not a Rejection. It could be a technical glitch with E-cass.

We have many members who hadd received their medicals after such status in Ecas.

You can be sure of this only when yoou get the letter or Email from the VO.

Please check for any communique from the VO

We have done with the medicals. Now updating PPC, NBI and to pay RPRF. All to be submitted 1st week of May. Hopefully, PPR will rain soon!!!

Since your wife is no longer residing in Saudi Arabia and carries no Valid Iqama as of date, then simply reply them back that she is not residing in that country since ????.The Saudi Government doesnot issue Police certificate unless you have a valid IQAMA.As a resident of pakistan she is required to submit her PCC for her stay in Pakistan( only).
I hope this satisfies your query
