I was about to make the payment for application but then I cancelled it , i did not even entered any credit card number or anything, now the status in CIC saying "Processing Submission"
will status change itself after some time for me to make payment again ??? how long does it take to reset ???

This happened to another applicant. Got fixed after few hours. It will go back to normal within a day.

oh, thanks, It's not like i did not want to make payment right now, but I thought to use different credit card which I don't have with me right now. thanks for the info though, i will wait for it to reset and submit. is there any contact number we can talk to CIC regarding such mistakes ?

Your application is not submitted. You will see the submit button again when it goes back to normal.

to be true, canada since starting is an option for me not priority. I am in US and I am soon "hopefully " getting enlisted in army so I can give up anything for that. Canada is like a back up plan just in case if something goes horrible in my army enlistment process. So fingers crossed, let's see
