I am doing my PR file for PNP non express entry stream and I am having question related to form IMM 5690. The name for the form say 'Document checklist : Provincial nominee program and Quebec skilled worker. But when I click the link beside the name it open the new tab and for the same form the name will pop up as just 'Document checklist: Quebec skilled worker'. So, is there anyone else having this issue.
