i also took test in may 2014..called today they said RQ is in st clair to be reviewed………….but i dont know when they transferred..apparently is in the queue to be reviewed..

i hope they dont take long……the agent said once they review it ..they send back to scarborough and then they inform us on the decision…………………i am praying for letter soon

I sent my RQ response in May 2013. Nothing since then. It has been more than 12 months, they haven't even opened the RQ docs.

In the spreadsheet for 2014 a Vancouver applicant has got his OATH. He got his RQ before test. Im not sure how it happened? Hope we will get lucky soon

No update. however, I noticed that some 2014 Pre-test RQ recipients from Montreal & Vancouver have already done their Oat.
Mine is being reviewed at St Clair and god knows how long it would take...

I applied in July 2014 and got RQ in Oct. 2014. submitted RQ to Mississauga office in Nov. 04 2014. Got fingerprinting request from St. Caire on Dec. 5th. already sent the FP. DOes it mean the RQ was processed or FP request is independent of it? any thoughts?

Please share your experience with pre-test RQ and FP both...

I have contacted CIC - Call center, and the answer i have received is they are doing your background check on your file, i asked her how long does it take for this procedures, everything is clear cut when i submitted my RQ, i have 1 travel stamps, and i have stayed in canada and worked full time throughout... what make it so hard for them to make a decision on my application, and she replied as you have received RQ, your RQ is not fully reviewed by the officer, so wait for 26 months.

FP is separate then RQ. Do you have any idea why RQ was issued..?

Don't know the exact reason, but it seems to be child born outside Canada after getting PR.

Anyone else has insight for FP and RQ??
