This is horrible. It has been almost 4.5 years since you applied and still nothing??? this is just not fair at given that new applications can take 4 months these days. Have you ordered your ATIP? also you may need to do the "Case Specific Inquiry"on CIC website to find out why it is taking so long.

Hi Everyone!
Here is my Timeline:

November 12, 2010: Application was recieved by CIC
June 16, 2011: Processing started
August 3, 2011: Transferred to St.Clair
September 15, 2011: Test
September 15, 2011: RQ was sent to wrong address (CIC's mistake!)
December 21, 2011: RQ was sent to my proper address
Februar 10, 2012: RQ docs were received by CIC
March 23, 2012: Called CIC. Call Center Agent: "CJ looks at your documents. If decision is
positive, next step is ceremony".
I am still waiting...

Office : ST clair
October 2011 - Application Received
July 2012 - Received RQ
August 2012 - RQ Sent
March 2014 - Test
January 2015 - Received CIT0520 for additional docs
Oath?????

St clair is the worst processing center in the whole country! it is inexcusable.
