RQ before test , timeline

Hi All,
We received RQ before test ..applied in Jan 2012, got RQ in Aug, sent all the docs in Oct.
Got test date and appeared for test last week..now waiting for results.

they mention me i have been require to see citizenship judge,
ok...to meet a judge another 14-16 month.
this is crazy.

@ Ladybug , I wish you the best of luck, thank you for your input , that gives us hope , we have applied in Dec 2011 , got the prestest RQ in Aug 2012, sent back Sep 1st , Do you think we will get test invitation soon?.

I have phoned CIC now and they told me my file transferred from Glen Erin to St. Clair office , is that a bad sign? , applied Dec 2011, pretest RQ sent to CIC Sep 2012 to Glen Erin.

Did you asked them timeline? if not call again and ask, St.Clair is a bad news

Ok today Mar 07,2013... Called Cic , St.Clair still quoting 48 months RQ timeline

They said it can take up to 48 months , but it can be a couple of months too, I guess no reference.

Is Glen Erin process faster than St. Clair ?, he said once you got RQ it goes to St. Clair as it gathers all GTA area , I am not sure if that is true.

It's true, there are lots of applicants reporting their files(RQ) moving to St.Clair, mine is also Mississauga but now moved to St.Clair.Windsor and Hamilton files also moving to St.Clair, so they are piling up St.Clair, My friend have her case stuck there for more than 2 years..so let's see.

I think my file is still in scarborough. coz i did'nt get any letter about my fle trasfer.And my ecas still says in process nothing about RQ.

I was at Glen Erin, Mississauga office today. Asked the officer about timeline and was told it is between 6-48 months. I will hope mine will get processed in 6 months lool
