RPRF further steps

Hi all,
Sorry for asking again

The payment for RPRF was made using spouse CC so spouse name is shown on the receipt. My question is

1) If we need to fill can you please tell me what should be the Address, Area Code etc.
2) Should the details be of Primary applicant?
3) Also how to fill the data in PDF?

I don't think there should be any issue wrt person in whose name the CC is .
I did not fill anything and uploaded the receipt (my consultant actually uploaded). I guess they just need to see the valid transaction no. and receipt which has some unique id.

However, you can also check in other threads if something otherwise.

I am going to pay PAY YOUR FEE through cic site. after choosing the RPRF, it goes through the page in which there are GC KEY and sign-in partner. through my application there is not any tab for payment. should i use sign-in partner for paying?
