Update: My wife has been scheduled for oath on Apr 17, 2023. Timelines as below: Application (online) filed: Nov 1, 2021 AOR: Jan 28, 2022 Test completed: Aug 20, 2022 LPP completed: Feb 14, 2023 Oath scheduled: Apr 17, 2023 Hope the info might be of some help.

When I was taking the oath, the officer was asking me if my address has changed. In my case it didn't. So I assume you can let them know the address you want the certificate to be mailed to.

My MP's office responded saying that primary office is Scarborough, secondary is Mississauga. File has been transferred from Sydney.

Update: my wife's application's LPP has been marked as completed. Application filed: Nov 1, 2021. AOR: Jan 28, 2022. Test: Aug 20, 2022. LPP: Feb 15, 2023. Oath: Not started. I contacted my MP couple of weeks ago and think that might have expedited the process. However it's just my speculation...
