Hi guys,
This morning i received the email from the embassy in ROME to say that my Visa is ready to pickup and to make arrangements . But I'm having trouble with courier to pickup it because the embassy didn't provide a contact number and name for the pickup. Can you suggest a solution based on your experiences?

Im not from Rome VO....but as of your situation: you could find out when the embassy reception is opened (I assume it should be in the first half of a day...like from 8/9 am to noon for example) and give this time frame to the courier (if it is UPS you can do it online - schedule pick up).

As of name...did you include the pre-paid envelope? If so then you just need your name and tracking number of that envelope to provide to courier.

Thanks! I did inform Fedex of the specific location and time frame for pick up however they said their computer requires the name and number to schedule it.... I also sent the prepaid envelope with tracking and address...

Italy has never let me make a pre-paid envelope before. The post office where I live has never even heard of it. So strange. Do you live in Italy?

this is what the embassy recommend and believe me i know how italian public post offices work. So i prefer a private courier.

Oh ok. I will try a private courier then. I didn't know that the couriers could do that but the post office can't.

What did your consultant mean by Rome is fast tracked? Are they processing faster? I really hope I can get a timeline similar to your friend's that had everything done in 3 months. It would really release a lot of stress

That's SA sponsorship approval. I couldn't see yours but you seem to have AOR 2. Sometimes they don't update the lines right.
