Between the time I received my first package back (July 20), and the time I sent the 2nd (arrived August 8) - the forms were updated to July 2012.

I spoke to a CIC agent and he said, they probably will accept my old forms, but there is always a possibility of returning my application.

Do you know anything about this? I'm trying to remain as calm as possible, and I think a trip for Christmas is in order (at the 8 month mark of being separated).

I saw, when they changed the forms from July 2011 to February 2012, they still accepted old forms until March 31 2012.

No, I know nothing about the old forms.

But I don't think would be a problem with yours.

Try to keep your calm as much as you can and hope for the best.

Think about of your next trip with your husband...that will make you feel better every day .

This silence from my VO its kiling me.

Its been now more than 3 weeks of waiting, they say 2 or 3 weeks of waiting for an extension but I don't think its true.

No one got an medical extension in 3 weeks on this forum.

So nothing else to do just to wait and it's very very frustrating.

I've wrote an email to my VO, asking about remaining days of delay, but I had no answer so far...

I have no idea what's going on.

Hello everyone,

After a month of waitng for my medical extension I got an email from Bucharest asking me to redo a x-ray.

Could someone tell me what doctor its accreditted by the Embassy in this case.

I did my medicals in Paris before and I don't know one in Bucharest.

Hello everybody,

The new chest x-ray is done, now I have to wait until London will update my new medical exam.
Then London will update Mississagua and then Mississagua will update Bucharest.

Now a new waiting game has started for me, I am wondering how long will take untill I will get passport request.

How is everybody here?

Well Well well....after so much time finally the FBI certificate and the Greek police clearance are in the embassy.Our lawyer send them monday on 27 august. Now we wait.
Hope not for long.

I did my chest x-ray last Thursday in Bucharest for my medical extension validaty, it will be send to London only at the end of this week, (they have only one shippment per week.. :-\) after that I just found out from my VO today that I have to wait for another 30 days for my medical to be updated.... :-\ honestly it would have been better to redo the medical than to wait a three months delay for an extension...wondering why this new rule is for...I would have payed 200$ more and have my visa in a month than wait 3 months for a extension... ???.

Any way these are the rules and have to follow them.
