Right time to create profile

Hi Friends,
Please let me know whether this month is right time to create profile as this is the last month in this year. Or is it good to create the profile next month Jan 2016?????

Also please let me know whether am I eligible, please find my details below,
1. IELTS - R 7, W 6.5, S 6.5, L 6.5 (6 is the minimum score mentioned by canada immigration)
2. I have B.sc maths and MS Software engineering
3. 5 years 3months IT experience
4. I am 26 year old

Their is no right or wrong time to create EE profile. Just create it and see what score you end up with.

Your ielts score is low. Try to improve that and your crs will increase substantially.
