If we contact the IRCC, do they tell us about what went wrong or what was missing in our previous file as we have completely no idea about it now. And one more thing do they have any Detailed Record of our file details that we did submit a file in the past and we are reapplying again?

You can try, but from what others have reported, once they have sent it back in only paper form with information about what was mistaken, they seem to retain no information.

In our case they sent our application back with pointing out our mistakes (about 7 mistakes) they underline with a blue pointer

Unfortunately I don't think they will. That information would have been indicated in the package that was returned. However I don't think they retain this information since your application was returned.
