Hi Teebanks,

I am Nikhil Sharma, I have seen your message on forum. I need your help, I have the same situation like you. My file is return on 6 March stating that I did not submit by Date of Birth certificate however I have submitted the certificate for the same.

Now I would like to apply again and planing to send the file again on CIO, I would like to know what are the chances to accept the file again in FSW 2014.

Need your help on this. Do I need to take new DD in order to submit the file or old DD will do.

Please advise me on this.

Please share your mail id if you are comfortable with that, My mail id is nikhillsharma@hotmail.com. My contact details are mention below 7043208030.

I appreciate your help for the same.

Regards,
Nikhil Sharma

Hi Nikhil

Sorry to hear about that. I will advise you include a cover letter stating all the necessary documents were sent along with your application and re-send your application. There is also a small paper that I believe was include in the returned application which shows the date the application was initially received by CIC. Make a copy of that for your record and include the paper in your returned application which will indicate that CIC received your application prior to the implementation of Express Entry.

Hi Teebanks,

I appreciate your time and support for the same.
Sorry it's not the UK number, it's the mobile number of India.
I am planing to sending the file again as per your guideline taking the print out of the first page ware they have the conformation of receiving the file in December 10, 2014 FSW2014.

I am taking a change of sending the file again, with the new DD as my old DD will be expire in next 60 days. Most probably on 24th of March with the Cover Letter sating that my DOB certificate was there in the file.

Regards,
Nikhil Sharma

Hi Nikhill

I posted my application back on the 24th of January, it got to CIC on the 30th of January, I used my card details in making payments and my account was debited on the 24th of February and I got my PER on the 3rd of March.

I was in a similar situation - I filed for FSW (within Canada) in August 2014, but my application was returned for a wrong NOC in early Jan, (the NOC was correct, but I submitted a FST schedule 11 instead of FSW schedule 3). However, before my file was returned, my card was charged in November, and I received a file number in December in this duration. The letter on my application was dated November 21st, but I only received it in Jan. I resent my application in Feb 2015 - and CIC sent it back AGAIN saying Express Entry is the only way to apply. I had applied for Bridging Open Work Permit based on my file number BEFORE my file was returned the second time. Processing days are 53 days now so I am yet to hear back.. has anyone had a similar situation before?? What are the chances of the permit being approved because my file still shows 'in process' online. Is there a way I can appeal to CIC that I fall under the old rules of 2014?

Hi All,

I am sending my file today to CIC as they miss out the one document from there end.

let's see how it's works.

cross finger..

Nikhil Sharma

Hopefully all will work out well Nikhil. Goodluck
