return to Canada with Open Work Permit

Hello!!! I would like to ask you if I can leave Canada while my PR is in progress and come back thanks to my Open Work Permit (which I already got). My country of origin does not require a visitors visa to enter Canada.

Doesn't your OWP have the words `DOES NOT AUTHORIZE RE-ENTRY' on it?

You can certainly leave Canada, but your OWP [alone] will not guarantee re-entry.

1 Yes you would probably be re-admitted, but if it is after March 15th you will need an ETA (Unless you are a US citizen)
