Hi all,
I'm in a situation where I've received a message to my online account requesting to provide some additional supporting documents within the next few days.

But when I log into my application, inside the Submitted Documents page there is no way to 'upload' anything or replace the previously uploaded documents.
So I completed and uploaded the documents requested via this webform: https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp
But I don't know if these have actually been received or will be processed within the time frame they have requested (7 days).

Can anyone share their experiences of a similar problem that they managed to resolve?
Did anyone use the webform successfully?
Did anyone contact the IRCC by phone/email to resolve, and if so which contact details were used to reach them?

Thanks in advance!
Rob.

I can provide an update on my own issue, hopefully, others might find this useful.

Previously I could not upload additional documents to my account as requested, so I took the following steps:
1. Completed and submitted my documents via the webform.
2. Submitted a technical ticket, taking a screenshot of my account page that displayed the Submitted Documents area, showing that there was no upload button or area to add new documents.

Today (2 days later) I logged into my account and there was a new row added to the bottom of the documents submitted page, with an 'upload' button.
I was able to successfully upload the document required, submit it and then re-sign and transmit the updated application online using the same process when submitting the first time around. The status of my application now includes the text "The additional documents you provided have been uploaded."

I don't know if the upload option simply appeared after a certain amount of time, or whether the Webform or Technical ticket influenced it.
Hope others find this useful.
