Request letter for PCC

Hi,

I am a foreigner living in India. I received the ITA recently and am in the process of applying for a PCC for the duration of my stay in India. The application can be done online at https: //indianfrro.gov.in/frro/menufrro.jsp but it requires a request letter. Will a letter be provided or will we have to write one ourselves? or would a list of required documents be sufficient? once we submit the Permanent Residence application (the initial set of questions) will a list of required doucments be provided?

As far as I can see there is no requirement of any letter mentioned under the PCC. hope you have chose the correct category from the menu (the last category is for PCC) when you choose that you will be redirected to the forms page wherein you just fill in the details and no such attachment required to be uploaded. do cross check again please

when you finish entering the details it asks you to upload some documents. One of those documents is a request letter.
