Hi,
I am looking for renewal of my PR.
I stayed in India for 2 years. Now I am back in Canada. To renew my PR Do I need to get police clearance?. Kindly please let me know. Thankyou.

Hi,
I have a question. To upload the documents I have rental agreement, Passport, Pr and health card. How many months bank statement we need to provide. As I see 4-6 months bank statement are required. Is that correct.

Since you don't need a new PR card, what is it that you need to provide these documents for?

I am looking to renewal the PR. In online they are submitted the documents which are mentioned above.

Once again...what do the instructions say? Do it show that you need 4-6 months of bank statements?!

Unless things have changed, you only need to provide 2 pieces of `evidence', which could be one bank statement and one (something else). You do NOT need multiples of either...just two of `something'.

Since you state that you have been living abroad for 2 years, what evidence do you have for the other 3 years when you were living in Canada? You have to look back 5 years from the day that you apply for the renewed PR card and show that you have 2, or more, years of residency in Canada (unless accompanying a Canadian spouse or partner that is a Canadian citizen).

No..2 Pieces of evidence....only..But for the time being I am doing My PR on my own.My husband is canadian citizen.

So what are the 2 pieces of evidence I can submit. Please let me know, As of now no changes are there. But I have 2 rental agreement old and new , Passport, PR card, Health card is okay.

As you mentioned above I have the rental agreement which I am living now, Passport, PR, Health Card and another I can give bank statement from sept 2024.Do I need to submit the old rental agreement?. These documents I am having right now. I am really confused about the documents. Please let me know clearly.

I `clearly' suggested you follow the instruction guide, which clearly states to refer to Appendix A, for examples of what you use.

Your Passport, PR Card and even your Health Card will not be evidence that you have resided in Canada, right?
