Can anyone help, please advise me, I am in removal proceedings in the U.S and I want to get a Canadian PR. I have already received a provincial intent letter, but I don’t know where to disclose that I am in removal proceedings. I have no criminal record, my only offense was I was on a studen visa and it got terminated due to funding issues, but right now I am a practicing RN in the US, I got the proceedings letter in the mail yesterday.

You need to be 100% honest about your status in your application to Canada. As long as you are honest - then you can still be successful in getting PR. If you have no status in the US (i.e. are there illegally) - you need to state this in your PR application to Canada.

Please is there a place for that in the application? Because I need this to work out for me, this is my only hope

There should be a section that asks you if you have ever been refused entry into any country or asked to leave. You should answer yes and include the details. Also, there is normally a section where you list your status history. You need to be honest here and state your status in the US as 'out of status'. If you have further questions - recommend you join the PNP section of the forum.
