Where to send the request ?
Whom to address ? and What document should we include in the request ?

Please share your experiences or comments required.

As you all know my case that i applied in Dec 2009 NOC 0213 and decision made by VO.He gave me less IELTS points(W=6.5,L=6.5,S=6.0 and R=6.0) total points 10,he give me 8.No adaptability points despite i provide them the land paper and marriage certificate of wife sisters as mentioned in Checklist.Pl help me to justify it.

Is there any examples in these threads where VO reconsider the application and reopen it.Can he reopen the case?

or i hv to go for appeal.

It is requested to all Seniors to reply me asap.

I haven't calculated your IELTS points, but it appears you have not proved that your wife's sister is presently living IN CANADA. Her LP and marriage certificate only go to showing that she was here at some point. In order to get adaptability points for a close relative they must be a resident of Canada. Provide the necessary proof (tax returns, credit card statement with address on it, things like that). If you have the documentation and your IELTS was wrongly calculated, you may have success following the advice here: http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/how-to-deal-with-an-unfair-ner-a-negative-eligibility-review-t67741.0.html All the best!
