What most of the applicant feel is a paradox known as 'Schrödinger's cat'.

Simultaneously alive and dead.
Yet, either alive or dead, not both alive and dead.

Dear Rizwan sorry to hear about your rejection but could you please elaboate your reason of rejection for the information of other forum members.

HI CANADIAN DREAMS, SEND YOU A PM. PLEASE CHK AND REPLY THANKS

Hello,

I need your feedback. I'm a FSW2 applicant with AEO. I'm reading on this thread that most of the rejections were because applicants did not have enough education for NOC? I don't hold any kind of bachelor's degree I'm only claiming 5pts for education although I scored 14 out 16 on language and I have over 5 yrs of experience for my NOC. Is it harder for a VO to reject an application that has the strong support of an AEO? What would the reason if yes? I currently have 70pts.

the same is in my case i received the letter this 15feb 2012.

VO didn't give me the points of my spouse's sister living in Canada.I have provided her land paper and marriage certificate.

My IELTS score writing 6.5 reading 6.0 listening 6.5 and speaking 6.0 it makes10 points but vo award me 8.It is totally injustice.i have to 2 points less for passing 67.

Now i am seeking for help.Pl give your valuable advice pl.

I would suggest you visit the CIC website and go through the description for availing adaptability and IELTS results based points. Generally we have assume things and this leads to our undoing.
Please do visit the CIC website to confirm your assumptions and then if you are confident, please consult an immigration lawyer

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/

I concur with Kchakus, maybe you are leaving something out, specially about the IETLS scores which is something very clear. How do you know you are not being awarded the total earned points? Maybe you made a mistake on calculating work experience or education? For proof of family in Canada be aware that they ask for all sorts of supporting documents.

my dear i have also checked the IELTS points on this site and as i have mentioned the score 10 but the paper which i received yesterday from canadian embassy london they mentioned the points of first official language as 8 instead of ten.

Original IELTS certificate is already provided to with my complete application.I hv mentioned the score above.

According to the cic.gc.ca site and the checklists which i prepared they demand birth certificate, land paper or pr card or citizenship card for proof and provide them LP and marriage certificate.

Any advice pl? either send the proof and justification by my self or engage any consultant.

Please send them an email and fax as well mentioning discrepancy they made in calculating your IELTs points, hope it will help you

not when they refuse on points less then the pass-mark (see EG7 page 13). Docs will be returned only when the cap is reached or the application is incomplete. Once the application reaches the eligibility stage the docs will not be returned.

Hi dear nano,
I am preparing to file under cat.7242 and therefore wish you could help to resolve my confusion.
I hold 4year bachelor degree in electrical engineering and have 18 yrs of experience. My JD mostly matches those with the NOC description. However, I held titles such as manager/sr. Engineer/jr.engineer during my job so far where my role remains supervisory in most position rather then hands like what may be expected on which may be expected from an industrial electrician.
As and bachelor degree holder, can I apply under industrial electrician (noc code 7242) category. As somebody giving me the idea that this may be viewed by VO as 'over qualification' and that amounts to rejection or may be put aside as an 'Schrödinger's cat' for a long long time!

Please help.
Thanks & regards,,
CanEra.

WHY SO SERIOUS?!? ;)

u can get the duplicate of all the original documents from here, your own country. all u need to do is pay some fees!! CIO keep the docs for future reference, such as if u appeal or something like that. if u get VISA, then they'll return your docs.

so, chill man!! 8)

Man its okay, but in my country some of the edu doc is very hard to get duplicate... they want true reason... either lost or stolen or damaged. in case of damaged they need the rest part, in case of lost and stolen they need police diary but i am confused in FSW case what will be the reason.what shall i do..... anyway, chill man. :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P
