I have a question if I start CAQ process and later decide to go to other university not in Quebec will i be able to do that or once i start CAQ i am locked to concordia university and have to apply for visa based on anyother university? The thing is I got admission to both university of regina and concordia now I have not decided where I want to go...so should i start CAQ procedure that will give me some time to apply for visa and decide which university to go. need expert advice
