Actually i want some information for my friend..
He is applied for canada visitor visa for four times and everytime he got rejection..
Could u please tell me any way so that he will get visitor visa

Wrong section.. keep applying and hope they find you bonafide visitor one day.

You need to post in the "Visitors" section.
Your friend need to get CAIPS to know the reasons and address them, probably he is being refused for the same reasons every time!

So he should work on this!
However, caips will include the VO notes which will give your friend a better understanding if the reasons and therefore a chance to address them.
