Regarding Proof of funds FSW Cat 1 & property evaluation

Dear Friends,
I am applying for FSW immigration from India.
1) Can some one tell who is authorized to evaluate the worth of my flat in Indirapuram U.P.? How many such evaluation reports will be required? Can you please share some references of such authorized body.
2)I got money into my account from my spouse's account and consolidated all money and got it fixed deposit in order to show it separately. Just a statement with seal of BANK showing the fixed deposit in my account should be enough or I am required to give a statement of my saving bank account as well as FIXED DEPOSIT account as well?
3) Do we also need to submit proof of liability as well along with assets in CAD?

1. No need to have your property valued unless your VO asks for it. Property cannot be used as settlement funds.

2. you are fine showing a statement of fixed deposit.

3. No need to submit proof of assets and liabilities at this time but you should answer the question honestly and be prepared to show proof if the local VO asks for it.
