I live in Canada (temporary resident), got my ITA and preparing e-APR. Already applied for PCC from my home country but did not get it yet. Now, if I visit my home country before getting my PCC and submitting e-APR, do I need to get another PCC from my home country after returning back to Canada? Where can I find rules regarding this?

yes, you would need a new PCC. Travel after submitting eAPR

Thanks a lot for your reply. Is this mentioned in CIC website?

The CIC website states that the PCC has to be issued after you have left the country.

Yeah... I found that too. I was just wondering what would be the case for a FSW candidate who lives in his/her home country during and after the eAPR submission.

You can go wherever you want after eAPR

I am living in Canada from 2013 Mar ( As temporary worker), Do I need to take any police clearance certificate from RCMP?

No, the help icon in the application says you dont have to submit Canadian PCC, they will ask if they need one.
