Inam what is the last thing which u mentioned? i mean letters of reference or any other documents recommended by the visa office where you applied.Inam89 said:1. You should be ready to show the following documents:
- a valid passport or travel document
- the letter of introduction from the visa office that you received when your study permit was approved (this letter contains your permit -reference number and the CBSA officer needs this letter to issue your study permit)
- a valid temporary resident visa (if required)
- a copy of the letter of acceptance from the school at which you are permitted to study
- proof that you have enough money to support yourself during your stay in Canada and
- letters of reference or any other documents recommended by the visa office where you applied.
2. If you have your documents complete then you don't have to worry.

Letters of reference are pertinent to criminal inadmissibility and rehabilitation.harpreet470 said:Hi Inam,

I have got my passport after stamping few months back. I had to travel middle east for an ongoing project. When I came back the Arab immigration guy put the exit stamp on my Immigrant Visa. Should I be worried ? I am planning to land next month. Please advise.
it doesnt matter where ur POE is as long as u have all the right documents and everything is in order it shouldnt matter where u land alberta ontario quebec. u will get study permit at which ever POE u arrive.swagger said:hey guys i need yr help
my collage is niagara collage in ontarion before my collage start few weeks before i need to go alberta where my friend lives then after a week i will move from their ?please tell me it wont create any problem because my collage is ontarion and m going to alberta
That's not entirely true. One can be denied entry into the country at the POE even if you have a valid visa. The CBSA officer has the authority to deny you entry even with a valid visa. So all is not done until you come out of the airport with your study permit in hand.RNK said:getting a visa means you are ready to enter canada..........all the requirements are checked when you submit your file at chc..........so no sending back......i read about it (what are the things the immigration officer checks in Canada airport....??)but not here,in ielts forum
good luck
