regarding certification of qualification

I have one question. In the EE entry there's a question " Do you have certificate of qualification from a Canadian province or territory?
I did electrical technology course and then work as waste water operator for 2 and half year. I left job a month back. I have OIT certification form OWWCO. Should I say yes or no for (certifications of qualifications)?

So..what is your question. Did you get your certification from the provincial trade body. Certification takes years with training and apprenticeship. Here is Ontario.

You need certification from Skills Trades Ontario. If it isn’t on the list, you cannot count 50 points. Trade certification is for people who have apprenticed for years.

No, you cannot claim the 50 points. These points are only awarded for trade qualifications. Your job is not a trade.
