Thanks...... I also think that our refusals might have proven good for us since they are not issuing any more 6-12 months wait letters rather start processing the application immediately after the review as they do not have new applications to process......

Everything is good or proves to be good just the matter of having faith on Allah's will.....

Yes dear you really deserve that...
you fought well ....and got success.... i m really happy for u.... u made an example not to lose hope... since applicants are getting refusal on jd mismatch you are the only one who help others, motivate them and also proved that there is success waiting.... need to struggle hard and keep ur faith strong Almighty Allah...

In Sha Allah soon u will get ur visa.. :D

Dear Zee,
Dear Rizwan,
Dear Asif ghouri,

Wish you all the best...

I had the VO refusal letter stating that my duties did not match NOC, that was for sure some mistake from the VO side so I sent a reconsideration email on my own matching clearly the duties in my detailed experience letter to NOC duties.
My Ecas was never in process. During the VO refusal was sent, it turned from RBVO into "RBVO, and a letter was sent", then it goes INACCESSIBLE, then after 10 days from my reconsideration letter sent only by email, my Ecas turned from being inaccessible into "RBVO and a letter was sent" again, is this a re-opened cases scenario? i am doubting since this is the same message line that was there at the time i was sent the refusal letter, and "letter sent" carries again the same date the refusal letter was sent and do not refer to a new letter.
Please confirm that this is a case reopening?
and if please confirm if the case reopening is a positive assessment or we have to wait for our case to be re-studied and can be rejected again?

So i am now "RBVO and a letter was sent" since 3 weeks, and my reconsideration email sent since 1 month, but did not receive any email/reply from them (just automatic email receipt confirmation).
The VO refusal letter will reach 60 days in just 1 week. Please advise what to do for now.

Thank you and Good Luck

Never trust E-Case to assume that your case has been re-opened..... even my E-Case is still 'Decision Made' but i have received an email from the Visa Officer that my case has been reviewed and re-opened.... this email is the only confirmation to your case status weather re-opened or not.....

Just send another email reminder to them and inquire about your case status..... hope they will reply to your query soon... also contact some Lawyer (not consultant)..... Tim Leahly may be the good choice for you.... Tim will write to the CHC FSW chief directly and then file a case in Canadian court later if the chief FSW refuses to open your case... You need to have relevant and strong job experience letters to convince Tim.....

Immediately order CAIPS to know the actual reasons of your refusal and the VO's comments on your file... remember 60 days limit is to CLOSE the issue, if you have not received any response from CHC then the issue is NOT CLOSED hence you can have additional time.....

Bilaltaj, Pa55ion & Zaid Khan you were 100% right.... thanks dears for your predictions which proved to be correct.........

dear what did they ask you to submit ?

Some IMM updated forms
Travel history form
Police Certificates for me and spouse
photographs
& surprisingly they have asked for the Processing Fee since the previous fee will be refunded by CPC Canada (as they mentioned).....

since my case was refused and they advised me to get back the submitted processing fees, i think due to some financial / admin. requirements they are again asking me to resubmit the fees......
