REFUSED Pre-June 10 Cases (JDs Mismatch) Want to Appeal, Connect Here

I've got the refusal letter in june 15, 2012 and reason was the same that JDs Mismatch and due to this I'm not eligible for Immigration. I've submitted an appeal against this decision and requested him to please reconsider my case humbly and reopen the case. After that I've check my ecas status on July 27, 2012 below mentioned status was showing in the ecas;

Could any body tell me that what happened?

Well nothing can be siad right now, just wait for the letter... Generally the statement 'We reviewed & Started Processing...' does not follow the line the "We sent a letter on July 24, 2012"....

BREAKING NEWS........

By the grace of Almighty Allah, I received an email from the Visa officer stating that my file has been re-opened and i will be advised of next processing steps within the coming 03 weeks......

My case was refused back in May due to JDs mismatch issue, i sent a reconsideration request in early June which was not accepted then i hire famous Canadian lawyer (Mr. Tim Leahly) who sent another reconsideration letter directly to the chief FSW unit CHC London in July and yesterday i received an email from them.....

I am very happy and would advice other such applicants not to lose hope and fight till the time you reach your destination......

you right. Now suggest me that I need to wait until I get the letter from LVO or I should to launch an email to LVO. Because in ecas my status has been changed and now it is In Process.
So I've to wait the letter??

Did you send the reconsideration letter? You are a JDs mismatch case?... When your ECASE turned to In Process??

It is good news since my ECASE is still 'Decision Made' but i have received an email from the Visa officer...

yes I've sent them a reconsideration letter on 15 july 2012 through courier and I've check my ecas status last week it was changed from Application received to In Process. It Appears from 26 July 2012.

Was it not 'Decision Made' after you received the refusal letter????

Just send them an email asking for your case update and do mention that you have sent a reconsideration letter on 15 July.... This will clarify the matters as E-CASE is not reliable.....

Did you received a letter or email confirming that your case has been re-opened? and that email mentioned that within next 03 weeks you will receive the next step instructions and you received the updated documents request after just 04 days of that email?? Please confirm......

I received on email and same wording... I received email on 9th July and received letter for updated docs request on 14th July mentioning date on letter was 10th July.

In your case it may be medicals+updated docs or only updated docs request.

But your NOC is still in high demand and you were rejected due to miscalculation of points... these two factors may delay my case processing.....

Anyhow lets see what happens next..
