I applied RTD for myself and family by courier on 07May2024 and yesterday i called to know the status and agent said our application is updated in system on 23May2024 and she had no other answer.
can anyone help after updation in system how long will it take to finalize.

URGENT!!!!! Hello, is anyone aware of the new address in Ottawa for RTD? and no longer Gatineau? i sent mine to Gatineau and later realized the address has changed from 200 Promenade du Portage, Gatineau, QC J8X 4B7 to Crémazie 6th Floor (OSC) 365 Laurier Avenue West Ottawa ON K1A 1L1 . Can anyone please tell me when this address was changed? Will this be any issue? as mine has been delivered to Gatineau office and signed for. Please advice. Thanks
I have a question that I have submitted RTD application but two mistakes have been made in it, one is missing sign in two places and the other one I have submitted to old address, what can be the solution?

I courrier my application on ottawa address on 28th may, they recieved on 29th may.
I called them on Friday 31st may, they confirmed application has been received but can not share more details as no one opened the file yet.
call us after 2 weeks (10 business days) and shared the webform link. I tried to explain the urgency but she said no one opened the file yet.
Please advise what should be next step to get the RTD ASAP ?

If an application has already been submitted, can I re-submit the application?
And fees receipt will be same or I have to pay again.
There are three pages for signature. I signed on the first page, two were left. Is it necessary to sign on all three pages?
