I am also in quebec more than 41 months passed but still nothing everything was passed since 2023 but still no decision because of Quebec quota system and now extended timeline. Even we cannot do anything we are helpless because they think that we did a major mistake selecting Qc.

its normal i had same thing but in a day or 2 you get tracking and next day you will get your RTD.

I select 3rd one and then it will ask explanation so write there you are protected person/Refugee and PR is in process.

i Applied on May15 for all family only my kid did not receive yet every time i call they simply said the same thing as yours. Its only depends on officer if s/he is responsible you can get earlier as we got except my kid but if officer is not in mood to work then it will take unlimited time...
