I also called them today morning but they said the same thing it’s already sent on 4 December via Purolator ( no tracking information).

I already applied RTD on 20 November 2024 and I call them on 9 December they said your application was approved and we sent it on 4 December via Purolator and we haven’t tracking number today 22 December still I don’t get it
That's fast. I am still waiting for my "URGENT" travel document, applied October 29th. First, they "shipped" it on november 29th, then againthey told me the "shipped" it on December 18th.
It looks like they are simply making fun of people. Write "Urgent" on your papers - receive them as late as possible. Write nothing - they will process it in a week.

Same thing. They gave me tracking number. Basically, our documents were just sitying in theoffice throughout the strike, and they are still sitting there. Theysimply created a label, thats it. Canada Post did not pick up those documents.

I could have picked it up 1000 times by now.

I spoke with an immigration officer that may be honest a little bit. He says the documents are printed and expected to be picked up by canada post. But there is no guarantee that those documents were really picked up by canada post. I asked if he could check, he said they wouldn't know because once a document is sent for pick up it is out of their system. So he advised I wait for 6 weeks and call back if I still don't get the document as with that, it can be confirmed missing and they can reissue. Lol. It's crazy but seems they just send out documents and leave it to CP whether they pick it or throw it in garbage. He also says there are some that service canada are calling to pick up from the office but again, he can't say if i will be called. So I'm not bothered anymore. I'll just call after 6 weeks for a new document to be reissued.
