Hearing date 06/02/2025 - IRB claim accepted during the hearing.

can you please brief about IRB notification what you mean by that?
Did you get get that through email/ircc portal/Mail?
Or you talking about confirmation of referral to IRB (which is completed on same day of passport seizure and work permit issued) in my case i got same day work permit and referrals to IRB and passport seizure.

I got letter from RDP to upload documents. I registered in Connect as IRB website instruction but there is no message asking to upload my file? How should I upload the documents?

Hello all, thanks for all the information shared so far,
Submitted an inland claim in June 2024, my lawyer called me days ago that my hearing has been set for July 2025. I logged into my ircc portal but I don’t see a notice of such there. The last update on my portal is a confirmation of irb referral that I recieved since I got brown paper last year.
does this mean they update the lawyers seperately?

Hearing notification does not get updated in IRCC portal. There'll be no update after that IRB referral. As you have a lawyer, you'll get all updates from the them.

can you guide me what to expect further,because lawyer said it's routine mater.
Have you any idea after receiving this sort of email how much more time is expected in hearing.
Is There any worying thing? because i am very nervous after getting that email and getting no further clue what is going to happen.

There were a few mistakes in my BOC, one of them is about my company name which is I worked before in my country. Another one is my home address which is I living now. Can I correct them in my first interview? Do you know something like this issues? Thanks in advance!

Yes You can even 10 days before Hearing but make sure check everything again and then request through your lawyer because second time they can question you and try to change as soon as possible I changed 1 line which was wrong.

ask your lawyer to provide me notification latter from IRB or email because my lawyer share email with me.
