Recent TRV return passport time within Canada

Hi,
Could you please help me.
I have applied for TRV extension and got PPR request.
If i sent the passport to Ottawa CPC, passport returned with letter saying it cannt be processed in this office.
Please let me know the address where we need to send the passport. I am within canada now.

I applied on the 20th and I am still waiting too. They updated the processing times to 11days from 7days. I am guessing this means working days?

Yes I finally got the request to send my passports yesterday!
I was concerned about my flight on the 25th so I called them on Friday and they suggested to cancel my application and reapply from my home country, so i sent them an email to ask to cancel my application but now I got the approval :/

Did you get any reply from VISA PROCESS CENTER? My passport delivered to Ottawa by the 23rd of October. But no update to date. So worried because I have a trip scheduled Nov 12th.

My passport was delivered to Ottawa on Oct 25. Return tracker still not activated. The status in cic account saying application approved, you need to send us your valid passport to finalize the dicision.
I emailed them yesterday and got the following reply:
Your passport has been received at our office.
Your documents will be returned using the provided Xpresspost envelope. If you have followed the instructions on the website and kept note of the tracking number, you should be able to follow its delivery on the Canada Post website.
Due to a high volume of applications approved, a delay in the return of your documents should be expected. Please note that we cannot confirm when your documents will be returned to you.
We thank you for your patience. In order to efficiently process requests, we will not reply to duplicate emails.

Application Approved - Nov 2

And the return Xpresspost is still not able to be tracked, which worries me. How long does it usually take for them to return the passport back?
My international flight is on November 16 and might have to move things around or even apply for another passport if it’s actually get lost.

How did you know that your application was approved. In my account, it is saying: you application was approved, waiting for passport to finalize the decision, although they have already received my passport on Oct 25.

The application status changes from "Submitted" to "Approved" and when you click on the application, it shows you the document (visa) information, like the number of the visa and the date it expires and so on. Mine changed to that last night. Hopefully they ship it soon in the xpresspost I provide them with.

Call them! I sent my passport by Xpresspost and the tracking said that they received it on the 8th of November but when I called them today they said they haven't received my passport. I applied within Canada.

Did you by any chance get your passport yet or did the tracker become active?

Application Approved -Nov 10, still no tracker. Got an email reply from IRCC saying that my passport was mailed back to me on Nov 10, but I never got it.

Called IRCC this morning and the agent told me that my visa was indeed printed on Nov 10 but she was not able to verify whether it has.been mailed. Also she told me that the return tracker will usually be activated 1 day after it is mailed.
So it looks like Canada post is slow, not them?
I.have a trip to the US tomorrow and now it.looks like I.have to cancel it.
