Hi everyone, I'm new to the forums, I created my EE profile on December 19th and received my PT letter of interest on December 23rd.

I'm in the process of acquiring my documents for submission within the 45 day period.I hope we can support each other and provide timeline details!

Would it be better/faster for me to have my documents manually delivered than to have them mailed it?

Hi Guys,
I also got the letter of interest from Ontario on 4 Dec 2015. Here are my details:


EE score : 444 (CEC)
Profile Created : 4th Dec 2015
Invitation : 4th Dec 2015
Submitted : 11th Dec 2015 (Inperson)

I have asked them when should I hear from them and they told within 1-2 weeks i would receive my application number if everything was good or else they will return my file.
Please can I know if we have 3.5year diploma in nursing and I got invitation form Ontario. I already sent my documents last week now am confused will they accept my application because I don't have degree but 3.5 year diploma

Congratulations and good luck regarding your nominations.

I read that the funds have to be in the account for at least 3 months.

My questions are:

1. At what point do we need to submit proof of funds?

2. Does the 3 month stipulation mean the funds have to be in the account 3 months before accepting the nomination?

I hope some clarity on this issue can be given.

But the bank requires me to specify the beneficiary address. What address should I use?

Hello there,

I too have received the PT notification on 4-Dec-2015 and have mailed the documents yesterday on 30-Dec-2015.

When I went to the Bank, they too asked me about an address. I had the print copy of the application guide and the application form with me, and I showed it to them. They did not ask anything else after that but they kept a copy of the application form.

Hi I created my EE profile(CRS: 438) on 9th Dec and got PT interest on 11th Dec. I'm residing out of Canada currently and have a few queries:
1. What are the chances for out of Canada individuals get PNP nomination points?
2. I have shown work experience with Infosys, however Infy has refused to provide Experience letter in required format. How to proceed in this case?
3. I haven't been to Canada, so Im not sure what to give in the Letter of Intent.

Can anyone help with the above queries?

You can get the duties signed on a plain paper from a senior and attach his visiting card.
You have full chances of nomination . It does not matter if you are out land or have not visited Canada

3 months statement is the requirement for SINP.
For OINP, 6 months bank statements are required along with a bank letter stating the date of opening account, account name and number; avaerage balance for last 6 months and current available balance.
These statements and bank letter need to be included in your OINP application package.

It is best to obtain paper statements. Make sure that these statements are stamped by the bank. Also include the bank certificate or bank letter which mentions the details.

My question is even when we are preparing to apply for PNP, are we still eligible for draw.
If my score is above cut off, will I get an ITA or my application is considered in complete?

Yes of course, everyone in the EE pool is eligible for a draw irrespective of their status of PNP applications.
The EE draws are independent.
If your score is above cut off, then you will get ITA.

If your score is above 480 (to be on safer side) then you can expect an ITA directly in another 2 months time max., I guess.
This is as per the recent trend of draws. I can be wrong and you might get your ITA even sooner, all depending on CIC.
