Hi,

Anyways... one thing is clear that after inclusion of one more country (Pakistan) into their fold... London processing become delayed... Due to this both our Pak friends as well as others cases delayed. My application date is Jan and this is June.... means now they takes 6 months!!!!

Anyways keeping my fingers crossed!!!

Satish

Hi satish,

CHC-London have increased resources in their office. Applicants from pakistan are suffering a lot. Like applicants who sent their full docs to chc-ISB in august-2009 or after did not receive any response. Like me, i sent my full docs to CHC-ISB, but now my application is moved to CHC-London. And after passing 8 months there is no clear answer that when processing will be started.

You guys are still lucky, i mean getting response in time. Adding pakistan to CHC-London has no adverse effect on your application processing time (i suppose).

Best Regards,

Irfan Afzal Virk

Hi Irfan Afzal Virk,

It is unfortunate that our friends from Pak is waiting for long due to change of Visa office from Islamabad to London. We can hope that London CHC will make some arrangement to clear the backlog soon. Irfan, I believe that CHC should take some positive steps at the earliest.... because they are bound to adhere the Rules laid down by the Minister.... " Visa processing for 38 FSW categories will be cleared in 12 months time"....

Irfan... lets hope for the best... and all the best to you as well..

Hi Friends: Now even 12 months for processing even seems to be an optimistic figure; Check out the processing time info available at LDN website;

Average Processing Times
Processing times begin on the day our office receives a complete application and end on the day the final decision (i.e. approval/refusal) leaves our office.

Permanent Residence:
Skilled Worker applications received before February 27, 2008: 42 - 48 months
Skilled Worker applications received after February 27, 2008: Because these applications are affected by new regulations, an average processing time is currently not available. Do not contact us for case status enquiries within 9-12 months of submitting your application.
Entrepreneurs and Self-employed persons: 42-48 months
Investors: 12-18 months
Family Class: 6 months
Provincial Nominee, Quebec, Skilled Workers with Arranged Employment: 6 months
Refugees: Up to 18 months
For all permanent resident applications (except Family Class, Provincial Nominees, Arranged Employment and Quebec applications), a letter of Acknowledgement of Receipt is sent to the applicant within 24 weeks from the date this office receives the completed application. The Acknowledgement provides details of processing times. Please read it carefully.

Satish

Boss, i already knew that. But these figures are till Dec 2009. Lets hope they maitain the same pace in 2010, which apparently doesnt seem to happen.......:(.

The info i pasted is available on CHC LDN website & seems to be more recent.

Good luck

CHC london will start work after june 2010 is it true? becoz end of june the financial year to be closed and mostly departments cover their work to the end of june even banks. ( june is a closing month)?

:( :( Hai all

i lost the battle friends...my status changed today frm Rcvd by visa office to Visa office eligibilty review complete. seems it is a rejection.... i don't know waht to do ... i'll apply again ,....

Captain.... please any comments. Please advice ..what should i do....? :(

JM

JM09,

If its a rejection... it will be "Decision made" rather than "eligibility review complete". I don't know whats the implication... We pray that your case is not a rejection.... Whats ur occupation and where are you located now? Are you sure that you have submitted almost all docs to support the duties mentioned by the Dept. Also points above or equal to 69??

haii Sathish ,

Iam in Dubai. I applied as an accountant. Actually i am not so sure about my documnt submssn, as it is done by my consultant. My consltnt asked me my labour contract, appointment letter and previous contract copies.I have been in UAE fo the last 8 years. and in my Dubai visa position menstioned is Accountant General. I didn't given them any refernce letter or any kind of experience letter for the current job or previous jobs. My consltnt didn't asked for it. Agent was saying that, they used to send all these documnts for along period of time . Now again i called them. They still saying that, i met all the required points; and keep faith that it ( E Cas Status ) may not be same all the time. But still i am not so sure ...coz i have seen lots of post regarding this status . last i heard that of Mr. Saxena Sagar. I don't know what he decided now.

Others too Pls Comment ......

Any way keeping my fingers crossed. How long i should wait for further reply or should i send a Case Spcfc Enquiry...?
